Banyo Warehouses
These warehouses were specifically designed to capture the attention of the general public from the street, and are visually prominent as a result. We made a point of paying a great deal of attention to articulating the building externally, making use of expressed fins and sun hoods, which provide the building with a completely unique identity.
The bold, red colour of the building highlights the attention-grabbing design, and helps it to stand out by distinguishing it from its surroundings. The striking use of colour also ties the detailing used throughout the building together effectively.
We designed the warehouses in order to comfortable cater to a mix of tenants, all of whom have varying requirements for both warehouse storage and office space.
